Why we built Plannie

A home where family life runs on calm structure.

When everyone has a role to play, everyone wants to play - because being counted on feels good at any age.

Every family runs on a hundred small logistics — who's picking up whom, what's for dinner, whose turn it is to walk the dog. In most homes, one person carries that whole plan in their head. We built Plannie so the plan could carry itself instead — visible to everyone, shared by everyone.

We felt the weight ourselves — especially as parents of kids who thrive on predictability. When routines are visible and days look the same shape every morning, everything gets easier. That's true for ADHD and autism families, and honestly, it's true for everyone. And we noticed something else: when each child has their own task, their own colour, their own place in the plan, they stand a little taller. Being needed is a wonderful feeling.

So we built Plannie: a family planner that gathers events, habits, meals and lists in one warm place, with an assistant that does the planning work for you. Today it's live in your browser — on the tablet on the kitchen wall, the laptop at work, the phone in your pocket. Family life, like clockwork.

Calm, warm, supportive

We narrate your week like a person would — never like a project tracker. A family product should feel human.

Playful & encouraging

Habits earn cheers, streaks earn tickets. Structure works best when it feels a little like a game.

Organized & reliable

Like clockwork means like clockwork. Sync you can trust, private by default, and your data is never for sale.
