Use Plannie with ChatGPT, Claude and Meta Muse
Hjälpartiklarna finns än så länge bara på engelska.
Ask your AI assistant things like "what's on Saturday?", "add milk to the shopping list" or "move Vera's dentist to Thursday", and it reads and updates your family's Plannie for you. Changes show up for everyone right away, marked with the assistant's name.
All of them use the same address: https://api.plannie.io/mcp
Connect Claude
Works on claude.ai and in Claude Desktop, and then in the Claude mobile app too.
- Open Customize, then Connectors, then Add custom connector, and paste the address. On plannie.io/developers there's also an Add to Claude button.
- Check the name and address and add it. The recommended sign-in settings are fine.
- Sign in to Plannie, choose what Claude can access, then choose Allow.
The Claude Free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an owner adds it under Organization settings first.
Connect ChatGPT
- Open chatgpt.com/plugins, tap + and choose Add custom MCP server.
- Name it Plannie, paste the address as the Server URL and pick OAuth.
- Create the plugin, install it and sign in to Plannie. Then type @Plannie in a chat.
OpenAI supports custom MCP servers on ChatGPT Business, Enterprise and Edu, on the web, and an admin may need to add it. On Pro it's read-only, so ChatGPT can read your week but not change it. API keys don't work in ChatGPT. ChatGPT dots use the apps you connect in ChatGPT.
Connect Meta Muse
- Ask Muse to build a custom connector for the Plannie MCP server at the address above.
- Sign in to Plannie when Muse asks. If it wants a key instead, create one under Settings → Integrations and enter it in the secure prompt, never in the chat.
- Ask Muse to list Plannie's tools to check that it works.
Muse is available in the US and Canada only.
Other tools
Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code and Codex can connect too. The setup steps are at plannie.io/developers.
What the assistant can and can't do
It can work with your calendar, tasks and chores, lists, meals and recipes, files, and activity and check-ins. Most of these have separate "see" and "add and change" permissions. Files has a single "see and manage" permission, and for activity it can see activity and add check-ins.
It is limited to the family you picked when you connected it. It never sees private files, and on calendars that share only busy times it never sees the details. Only an adult in the family can connect an assistant.
Disconnect
Go to Settings → Integrations → Connected assistants and choose Disconnect. The assistant loses access straight away. You can also remove Plannie from inside the assistant's own settings.
Plan
Connected assistants are part of the Premium + MCP plan. Check Settings → Subscription & Billing to see what your family has.
Privacy
The assistant receives only what it asks for, through the permissions you approved. What the assistant's company does with that information is covered by their own terms. Read our privacy policy.
